The product is easy to use and is durable. I like that it’s rechargable (charges very fast), it has an auto-timer that shuts it off after 10 minutes of use, and a set of nose grippers (silicone nostril inserts) in a different size. Only ten minutes necessary per day, so it’ quick and you can easily make it part of your morning or evening routine. I didn’t have to recharge for at least a week (using 10 mins per day), but they suggest recharging after 3 uses.The light itself isn’t uncomfortable. It feels a tad warm, but nothing unbearable.I don’t necessarily notice a big change yet, but I believe it may take several months to notice, or other people may notice more of an improvement when they have an acute sinus issue. The first few times I used it, directly after, my nose did feel less drippy/more dry (in a good way).It does feel a little uncomfortable for me. I have very small nostrils, and if I could have made an adjustment somehow (or if there were even smaller nose pieces), that would have been helpful. It says there are supposed to be multiple cycles, but I could not figure out how to get to the “pulse” setting. It just didn’t feel super comfortable inside my nose (this may not be the fault of the product – could be I’m just too sensitive for things like this).

I was initially skeptical on this technology, but decided to take a chance on it. I figured that I could always return it if it didn’t work. While it is not a life changing experience, it has definitely reduced my nasal congestion. I tend to use it after I wake up and before going to bed. I bought another one for my granddaughter who also has constant nasal congestion.

This little guy really clears the nasal passages.I use it for ten minutes morning and night during pollen season, but only at night the rest of the year.

We received this Red Light Therapy device yesterday. I was going to wait to do a review on it in order to give it time to work its magic. However, after the very first use, my husband noticed a difference!**The magic happened way sooner than expected!!**His nose felt more “clear and open” and he slept better. He woke up the next morning and was not as congested. He usually blows his nose in the morning, but he said there was no need. He had a surgery to open his nasal airway several years ago. It only helped temporarily and he was right back to square one.After doing my own research, I found that his symptoms may not be caused by the opening for air to travel, but more so inflammation. So I bought this. He is in heaven, he can breathe again! He said he can actually feel oxygen getting to his lungs through nose breathing vs mouth breathing like he usually had to do.I will update again if we notice any side effects, but so far, this thing is amazing! We’ve already recommended it to friends and family.I of course would recommend doing your own research to make sure it is something that would help with your specific symptoms.

These work! I still use nasal spray at night, but I can go all day without using nasal spray. I was using sprays like 6-7 times a day. It seems to help the effectiveness of the nasal spray as I'm not using it as much, but wake up clear. I was very skeptical but these actually work for me. And I'm always stuffed up, been using nasal sprays for 10 years. Give it a try!

This definitly works. I used to have sinus pressure and headaches atleast twice waking up in morning. Or sometimes single headache trigger indication could worry me that it will now ruin whole day. Using this device just once a day and so far I did not get any sinus pressure since usage. I did feel headache trigger after which I immediately used the device and noticed the trigger subsided without any headache. This DEFINITLY WORKS. I usually am lazy giving feedbacks but this will help many.

I’m a 40 year old adult who’s had allergy and sinus issues my whole life. I rely on nasal spray to sleep at night and am congested fairly often. I take allergy medicine. I’ve tried neti pots, non addictive sprays, nasal flush pumps, etc. and at the end of the day some of those things do help a little but I still found myself always congested late at night and struggled to sleep without using a nasal spray right before bed. I tried this red light product figuring that I had nothing to lose at this point, but I wasn’t expecting any results because A. I’ve already tried so many other things and B. The concept of a little red light fixing my problem seemed silly.Well at this point I’ve been using this thing 2x a day, once in the AM and once in the PM, for about 4 days….. and I am honestly amazed to say that it seems to actually be working!!!! The congestion that I’ve struggled with off and on during the afternoon hours has pretty much been non existing over the last few days. And while the night time congestion is still there a little bit, it’s much improved. 2 nights ago I went the entire night without needing nasal spray. I can’t even tell you how long it’s been since I’ve done that. Last night I got several hours of sleep without nasal spray, then I woke up in the middle of the night and did need a squirt of spray, but that is still a huge inprovement because normally I can’t even fall asleep without the spray. Granted, it’s only been 4 days and I suppose this could be flukish luck, but the last 3 days or so have been the best 3 days of sinus relief that I’ve had in months, if not years. So, this thing actually seems to be working. I’m curious what the next few days, weeks and months will lead to as I continue to use this thing twice a day. I know from what I read it take a while to really show the long term results, but as someone whose had awful congestion problems for years, I can honestly say this thing has provided some very surprising results for me just after a few days.The one negative I would give here is the 2 nostril inserts aren’t very flexible. So they are a little painful when inserting them into your nose since there is no flex. It’s actually made an area of my nose a little soar because of this. So that would be a negative. But the issue is just when inserting. Once it’s in the nose it’s relatively comfortable then. Still, you’d think they could have made the inserts a bit more flexible for inserting them didn’t actually hurt haha. But short of that, this thing for as silly as it sounded to me initially, actually seems to really be helping me.

I have a big red light therapy panel but wanted to try something for my horrible sinuses issues. Very impressive how much it helped within a few days of using it. Highly recommend.

Follow Up Review: After about 5 weeks of use, I could not be happier. For the first 4 weeks, I implemented a step-up protocol for the use of the device:Week 1 - Low intensity, only in the morning.Week 2 - Low Intensity, morning and evening.Week 3 - High Intensity, morning; Low Intensity, evening.Week 4 - High Intensity, morning and evening.With this protocol, I was able to evaluate the effectiveness of the device at the different settings, except for Pulse. At every step-up, the improvement on the sinuses and nose lining was noticeable. The inside of the nose is now pink, instead of bright red; the inflammation reduction is also noticeable, and my sinuses are draining with minimum effort. No more sinus pressure from congestion, which in the past, sometimes made it difficult to keep my eyes open. Breathing is easier, which is invigorating.Because allergy season in SW Ohio started a little earlier than normal, and it is a strong one, I have continued to use the device according to the Week 4 protocol, occasionally combining it with anti-histamines and nasal rinses, as needed, plus the use of in-the-nose pollen filters whenever I go outside.The only side effect continues to be the mild headache I mentioned in my first review below. It slightly increased with every step-up in my protocol, but never to the point of needing pain killers. A very small price to pay for significantly less inflammation/irritation, improved breathing, and comfort.I am a very happy user of the NoMore Red Light Therapy for Nose!First Review: I have been using it for 4 days, and it works for me. I use the "low" setting in the mornings.On the first day shortly after I used it, I started feeling "funny"; after careful evaluation of my symptoms, I realized I was hyperventilating, because even though I was breathing the same way I do when I was congested, now without congestion, my lungs were getting significantly more air, which caused me to hyperventilate. I had to sit down for about 5 minutes "fine tuning" on how to breathe again, and then I was fine.Now, please keep in mind that this device is meant to reduce the inflammation in the sinuses lining. It is not an antihistamine (anti-allergic) device. If you suffer from any type of allergies caused by allergens entering your nose, you will have allergic reactions as usual. I have already experienced this each day I have used the device.So, what am I doing? I continue my allergies treatments: (1) I do a sinus rinse in the morning, about 15 minutes before using the device; this step flushes out any "stuff" covering the lining of the sinuses/nose, allowing the red-light to reach the sinuses lining better, plus it hydrates the passages to facilitate further draining after the red-light therapy. (2) As soon as I start noticing my allergy symptoms, I use my nasal antihistamine prescription, and if the symptom is too strong, I also take my oral antihistamine.The main difference this device provides is that, by reducing inflammation, the "stuff" in the sinuses drain better, hence you breathe easier; you may not need as much anti-allergic medication to treat your symptoms, and you can go about your life in a more comfortable way.The only side effect that I have experienced is a mild headache, which I just let it run its course without taking any pain killers. Nothing compared to the headaches I used to suffer with my inflamed sinuses, which were debilitating and required pain killers.After 4 days, I am a happy user of this device!

I thought this was going to be BS but through I'd try it because I was so sick of waking up with a clogged up nose every morning and random sneezing.It took a couple weeks of use, I wasn't sure a week or so in if I was seeing any change, but I stuck with it. I have it sitting next to my bed and works perfect to put it in and wind down for 10 minutes while it does it's thing. My nose has been way better using this.
